i suddenly realise everyone is selfish.
some people might say 'NO i am not selfish!' but deep down inside, everyone is selfish in some way or another.
and then you might say 'oh i will definitely change'. but you know you cant. humans.
animals too. i saw this documentary once about lions and found out that even they have discrimination and selfish, for their own tribe or for the honour of being king of tribe.

pt was tough, but definitely not the toughest we've been through.
i guess its because i havent been really exercising these few weeks cause of flu and sore throat so i feel its quite tough today. i feel like im getting fatter and fatter each day.
